prunus salicina ‘shiro’ - an early & heavy bearing japanese plum, known for its medium sized yellow sweet, juicy fruit. ripening in late july or august, fruit grows in clusters. the tree itself up to 20ft tall, and prefers full sun and well-drained soils.

*these seeds have begun the germination process, and need to stay cold and damp until spring. they can be kept in the fridge with a moist paper towel or sawdust. they can be planted out once the ground has thawed, in pots or direct seeded. Can be slow to germinate, don't give up.
