prunus persica - a small to medium tree which are self-pollinating and quick to start producing. pink flowers in early spring, fruit in august. the peaches are medium to large & sweet & juicy, but the unique part is that they are very pale in color on the inside, hence the name. we find the flavour even lovelier and deeper than regular peaches. how could peaches get any tastier?? try a white peach! thrives in well-drained soil with full sun exposure.
